A dental bridge is typically needed when a patient needs to replace teeth that they're missing, and have healthy teeth on either side of the space that they can utilize as abutments or supports for the bridge. They are a bunch of crowns connected together, cemented in place. It's called a fixed partial denture, and it's not removable. Well, procedures vary based on the complexity of how much work has to be done. The one thing that is really special about this office is we take into account the period of time that you are being restored. You will be completely comfortable. We make every attempt to get you into a restoration, temporary restoration that'll last you during the entire time that you're having your teeth fixed. Choosing a restorative dentist or prosthodontist, again, is doing the homework. You must have confidence in the person who is treating you. If you go to a heart specialist, you're going to do your homework. If you go to a dentist, you need to do your homework. You need to find adequate referrals, people that have had experience with them. You walk into an office blind, you're going to walk out of an office blind.
